Central Okanagan saw a slight sales increase but fewer new listings, with home prices slightly down. North Okanagan experienced declines in sales and listings, though prices rose slightly. South Okanagan had sales and listings growth, but prices dropped and homes took longer to sell. Kamloops sales fell slightly, listings rose, prices increased, and selling times lengthened.
