Across much of the Okanagan in current data, sales increased while prices slipped. South Okanagan weakened on both, while Kamloops posted gains in sales and prices.
Central Okanagan single-family sales ↑8% yearly, prices ↓2%. Townhome sales ↑2%, prices ↓3%. Condo sales ↑13%, prices ↓6%.
North Okanagan townhome sales ↑35% yearly, but prices ↓4%. Condo sales were flat, while prices ↓5% across that segment.
South Okanagan mostly bucked the broader pattern. Sales and prices both declined overall, but condos stood out: 36 sold, sales ↑80%, prices ↑1%.
Another data source showed Central Okanagan sales still lagged long-term norms: single-family ↓33% versus 10-yr avg., townhomes ↓20%, condos ↓24%.
