We’d like a house with 2+ bedrooms and 1 bathroom, a fenced in yard and a basement. First time home buyers seeing potential in buying forclosure if we could get prices down below 200,000 with all the fixing up that has to occur. Rutland area is good and close to work but we are open. If you know of anything please let us know. Thanks
