These companies are Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultants registered with the Immigration Consultants of Canada Regulatory Council (ICCRC) and each offers advice and assistance for various immigration applications. In 2013, Nicole then became a Certified Immigration Consultant, obtaining membership in the Immigration Consultants of Canada Regulatory Council.

Pathway to Canada

Pathway’s President, Shawna Hubscher, is a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant. A specialist with business immigration and skilled worker programs, Shawn can help you find the right investment opportunities in British Columbia and other provinces within Canada. Pathway’s specialty is working with the Provincial Nominee Programs (PNP), the fastest and most successful program for business immigration and skilled workers to gain status in Canada. The focus of the PNP is to attract business investors and skilled workers to British Columbia and Alberta. There are also other Federal Program options, but the processing times are considerably longer. Successful applicants through the PNP can come to Canada immediately with a work permit to start their business or employment endeavours.

Shawna holds a Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of Victoria in British Columbia, an Immigration Consulting Diploma from Ashton College in Vancouver, and a Teaching English as a Second Language (TESOL) Diploma from Vancouver Community College.  Her work experience spans from directing schools of business, ESL and academic courses to owning her own English as a Second Language School.
